Coaching and Leadership
When you want to extend your potential and improve your performance, coaching can give you a leg-up.
Leaderhip and life coaching helps individuals clear the mental clutter, focus on what matters, map out next steps, and feel joyful in their lives. One-on-one and group coaching provides support, accountability, structure, insight, feedback, listening, and processes to help folks reliably perform and show up in good ways.

Individual Coaching for Leaders
Anyone who has power and uses it is a leader. You might be at the top of the hierarchy, or anywhere else, but leadership means you are navigating a lot and need to keep your cool through it all.
Leaders need to practice strategies that help them minimize bias, stick to their values, manage their triggers, and witness their emotions - better than everyone else.
Coaching supports this. It also provides a place to process difficulty, strategize next steps, and celebrate accomplishments.
Leaders typically have less workplace support than others, which makes coaching especially important.

Individual Life Coaching
Sometimes the support we need goes beyond workplace concerns - in truth whatever we are working on in the workplace affects our whole lives!
Jeanie’s one-on-one coaching goes deep. She will give you loving witness to sort through the layers of your experience and support you as you take the steps needed to construct your aligned life.
We use processes that light up your inner knowing and clear the way for your next steps. This work is challenging and messy, it requires bravery and persistence, but you will not be alone.
When you are seeking change, coaching can help you get unstuck and soar.

Coaching for Teams
If you want to be on a team that looks out for each other, exceeds your goals, and responds effectively when everything changes, the team needs to attend to individual quirks and develop skills for cooperation, communication, and organization.
Wayfinder can support teams that are newly forming or in transition. Or can step in for a team tune-up with a well established team
Team coaching develops the individual so that they can contribute to the best of their ability, and helps the team better see the whole so they can respond effectively with one another.

Embodied Leadership Lab
In this series, we take workplace concerns and use somatic techniques to shine light on their solutions, while also enjoying the witnessing and support of peers as they offer insight about our challenges and share their own.
The group meets weekly for six weeks and practices embodiment through simple movements that anyone can do. The embodiment practices refine our attunement to our inner-self as well as expand our awareness to the whole.
The workshop relies heavily on Social Presencing Theater, which is a branch of Theory U. It does not involve any acting or role-playing, but it does require you to move your body in simple, intuitive ways that are natural for you.
The first step is a free call with Jeanie to talk about what is going on for you and find out if I can be a good support.
“I really enjoyed this workshop. It helped me to become a better listener. ”
“I liked the discussion portion with changing roles and taking time to think about how different voices take part in discussions”
